CTS CRYSTAL COAT THREAD FINISH MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

BY WEIGHT (g or oz): Mix 4 parts Resin to 3 parts Hardener. BY VOLUME (ml): Mix 3 parts Resin to 2 parts Hardener.  

• Temperature should be above 22 deg C (72 deg F) & humidity level below 70%
• Start by pouring the hardener in the pre-mix container
• Add the corresponding amount of resin
• Mix thoroughly but do not include too many air bubbles (approx 3 mins)
• Once the mix is transparent and homogeneous, pour into second mixing container (double potting technique)
• Mix again and ensure perfect optical transparency
